Introduction
LinkedIn has become one of the first places people go when they want to find a prospect, candidate, founder, recruiter, or decision-maker.
But finding the person is usually the easy part.
Getting their actual contact details is where things get a bit annoying.
Most LinkedIn profiles don’t publicly show a person’s direct phone number or personal email. And if you’re doing this for 10, 20 or 100 people, manually searching for contact information gets old pretty quickly.
That’s why there are now a lot of LinkedIn contact finder and enrichment tools that can help you find emails, phone numbers, or both from a LinkedIn profile.
But there is one thing I noticed after testing and looking at a lot of these tools: not every tool is good at finding the same type of contact information.
Some are better for personal emails. Some are much better for work emails. And some are mainly useful when you’re trying to find direct phone numbers.
So instead of making another generic list of “10 best LinkedIn tools”, I’ve broken this list into those three categories.
Best LinkedIn Contact Details Finder Tools in 2026
If you’re looking for a tool to find contact details from LinkedIn, these are some of the options worth looking at in 2026.
The right one depends on what you’re actually trying to find.
- Best for personal emails: Reachfast, ContactOut, SalesQL
- Best for work emails: Reachfast, Apollo, Hunter, Snov.io
- Best for direct phone numbers: Reachfast, Lusha, Apollo, ZoomInfo
- Best for broader contact enrichment: FullEnrich, BetterContact
Why Use a LinkedIn Contact Details Finder?
LinkedIn is great for finding the right person.
But if you’re doing outbound sales, recruiting, staffing, or lead generation, you normally need more than a LinkedIn profile.
You might need their personal email, work email, or direct phone number.
You can obviously try to find this information manually. Check Contact Info, look at their About section, search Google, visit the company website and so on.
That works for one person.
It doesn’t work very well when you have 300 people to research.
That’s where LinkedIn contact finder tools come in.
They can take a LinkedIn profile, LinkedIn URL, name, company, or other information and try to find contact information associated with that person.
1. Faster lead generation
If you’re doing sales prospecting, you don’t want your SDR spending half the day searching Google for phone numbers.
You want them finding the right prospects and then getting the contact information quickly.
That’s where tools like Reachfast, Apollo, Lusha, ZoomInfo, ContactOut and SalesQL can be useful.
2. Better recruiting workflows
Recruiters have the same problem.
You find a great candidate on LinkedIn, but they don’t reply to your LinkedIn message.
Having an email address or phone number gives you another way to reach them.
3. Less manual research
This is probably the biggest benefit.
If you already have 500 LinkedIn profiles, you don’t want to spend 5 minutes researching every person manually.
Even saving a couple of minutes per contact adds up pretty quickly.
Best LinkedIn Contact Details Finder Tools for Personal Emails
Personal emails are useful when you’re trying to reach someone outside their company inbox.
For example, if you’re recruiting a candidate, reaching a founder, or trying to contact someone who may change companies soon, a personal email can sometimes be more useful than a work email.
1. Reachfast
Reachfast is one of the tools I’d look at if your main workflow starts on LinkedIn.
You can use a LinkedIn profile URL to find available contact information, including personal emails, work emails, and direct phone numbers.
Reachfast uses a 7+ data source waterfall, so if one source doesn’t have the contact information, it can move to another source.
That’s useful because no single contact database has perfect coverage. You can search the same person in multiple tools and get completely different results.
Reachfast also has a Chrome extension, so you can find the contact information while you’re already looking at the person’s LinkedIn profile.
Best for: People who want personal email + work email + direct phone from LinkedIn.
Website: Reachfast.ai
2. ContactOut
ContactOut has been around for a while and is particularly popular with recruiters and sales teams.
It provides both emails and phone numbers and has a Chrome extension that works while you’re browsing LinkedIn.
One thing I like about ContactOut is that it also has a people search database, so you don’t always have to start from a LinkedIn profile.
It can be a good option if you’re doing both LinkedIn prospecting and database searches.
Best for: Recruiters and sales teams looking for personal and professional contact data.
Website: ContactOut
3. SalesQL
SalesQL is another LinkedIn-focused prospecting tool that can reveal emails and phone numbers from LinkedIn profiles.
It works through a browser extension and lets you save contacts into lists, which is useful if you’re doing prospecting directly from LinkedIn.
It’s a good option if your workflow is basically: search LinkedIn → open profile → find contact information → save lead.
Best for: LinkedIn prospecting and finding available personal/professional contact information.
Website: SalesQL
Best LinkedIn Contact Details Finder Tools for Work Emails
If your main goal is finding professional or work email addresses, there are a few tools that stand out.
1. Reachfast
Reachfast can find work emails as well as personal emails and direct phone numbers.
The main advantage is that you don’t have to use a separate tool for each type of contact data.
If you’re starting with LinkedIn URLs, Reachfast uses its 7+ data source waterfall to look for available contact information.
Best for: Finding work emails from LinkedIn while also having the option to find personal emails and phone numbers.
Website: Reachfast.ai
2. Apollo
Apollo is much more than a LinkedIn contact finder. It’s a broader sales intelligence and outbound platform with a large contact database.
If you want to find prospects, build lists, get work emails and then run outreach from the same platform, Apollo makes sense.
The tradeoff is that if your only requirement is “I have a LinkedIn URL, give me the contact details”, a dedicated enrichment tool can sometimes be a simpler workflow.
Best for: Sales teams that want prospecting, contact data and outbound workflows in one platform.
Website: Apollo
3. Hunter
Hunter is one of the better-known tools when the main thing you care about is professional email addresses.
It’s especially useful when you know someone’s name and company or company domain and want to find their work email.
Hunter also verifies the emails it returns and supports bulk email finding.
One thing to keep in mind: Hunter is primarily a professional email tool. It isn’t the tool I’d pick if your main requirement is personal emails or direct phone numbers.
Best for: Professional email finding and verification.
Website: Hunter
4. Snov.io
Snov.io combines email finding, verification and outreach automation.
Its LinkedIn Email Finder can be used with LinkedIn and Sales Navigator, which makes it useful if your prospecting process starts on LinkedIn.
And if you want to find the email and then immediately put the prospect into an outreach sequence, Snov.io gives you that workflow in the same product.
Best for: Work email finding + email outreach automation.
Website: Snov.io
Best LinkedIn Contact Details Finder Tools for Phone Numbers
This is a different category altogether.
Finding a work email is relatively common. Finding someone’s direct phone number is harder.
So if phone numbers are the main reason you’re looking for a LinkedIn contact finder, I’d look at these tools first.
1. Reachfast
This is where Reachfast is particularly focused.
You can start with a LinkedIn profile URL and use the Reachfast Chrome extension or web app to find available contact information.
Reachfast checks a 7+ data source waterfall to improve the chance of finding a direct phone number.
It can also return personal email and work email, so you aren’t stuck with only one type of contact information.
For sales teams, this is useful when email isn’t getting a response and you want to try calling the person directly.
Best for: Direct phone numbers from LinkedIn profiles and URLs.
Website: Reachfast.ai
2. Lusha
Lusha is another established contact data platform and is commonly used for finding phone numbers and business contact information.
It also has a browser extension, so you can use it while prospecting on LinkedIn and other websites.
Lusha makes sense if you’re looking for a broader sales intelligence platform rather than only a LinkedIn URL lookup tool.
Best for: Business contact data and phone numbers for sales prospecting.
Website: Lusha
3. Apollo
Apollo also offers phone numbers alongside its broader sales intelligence database.
It’s particularly useful if you’re already using Apollo to find accounts and prospects and want contact information in the same workflow.
I’d consider Apollo more of an all-in-one sales platform than a dedicated phone finder.
Best for: Teams that want phone numbers alongside prospecting and outbound sales features.
Website: Apollo
4. ZoomInfo
ZoomInfo is one of the bigger names in B2B sales intelligence and contact data.
It offers business contact information including phone numbers and emails, along with company and intent data for sales teams.
It’s generally more suited to companies that want a large sales intelligence platform rather than someone who just needs to look up a few LinkedIn profiles.
Best for: Larger sales organizations looking for a broad B2B intelligence platform.

Best Tools for Full Contact Data Enrichment
There is another category that is becoming more interesting in 2026: waterfall enrichment.
Instead of depending on one contact database, these tools check multiple data providers and keep going until they find a result.
This can be useful when you already have a list of people and want to enrich it with multiple types of contact information.
FullEnrich
FullEnrich is built around waterfall enrichment and currently aggregates data from 20+ providers.
You can provide a LinkedIn URL, name and company, or upload a CSV/Excel file, and choose the type of information you want to enrich.
It can return work emails, personal emails and mobile phone numbers, so it’s a good option when you want broader enrichment rather than just one field.
Best for: Bulk contact enrichment and teams that want multiple data providers behind one workflow.
Website: FullEnrich
BetterContact
BetterContact is another waterfall enrichment platform that connects multiple data providers and uses an enrichment sequence to find contact information.
This is useful if you already have a list of leads but don’t want to buy separate subscriptions to a bunch of different databases just to improve your coverage.
It can also fit into workflows through integrations, which makes it more useful for RevOps and teams doing enrichment at scale.
Best for: Multi-provider contact enrichment and automated workflows.

Reachfast vs Apollo vs Lusha vs ZoomInfo vs ContactOut
If you’re wondering which one you should actually use, there isn’t really one answer.
It depends on what you’re trying to find.
| Tool | Personal Email | Work Email | Phone | Best For |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Reachfast | ✓ | ✓ | ✓ | LinkedIn-first contact lookup |
| ContactOut | ✓ | ✓ | ✓ | Recruiting + LinkedIn prospecting |
| SalesQL | ✓ | ✓ | ✓ | LinkedIn prospecting |
| Apollo | — | ✓ | ✓ | Sales intelligence + outbound |
| Hunter | — | ✓ | — | Professional email finding |
| Snov.io | — | ✓ | — | Email finding + outreach |
| Lusha | — | ✓ | ✓ | Business contact data |
| ZoomInfo | — | ✓ | ✓ | Enterprise sales intelligence |
| FullEnrich | ✓ | ✓ | ✓ | Waterfall enrichment |
| BetterContact | ✓ | ✓ | ✓ | Multi-provider enrichment |
This isn’t saying that one tool will always find a phone number when another doesn’t.
Contact data changes all the time and every provider has different coverage. The same person can return a phone number in one tool and nothing in another.
That’s why I’d recommend testing the tools against your own target audience before deciding which one is best.
How to Use LinkedIn Contact Finder Tools Effectively
Having a contact finder is only half the job. You also need to use it properly.
1. Choose the tool based on the data you actually need
If you mainly need personal emails, look at tools like Reachfast, ContactOut and SalesQL.
If you mainly need work emails, Reachfast, Apollo, Hunter and Snov.io are worth considering.
If phone numbers are the main thing, I’d look at Reachfast, Lusha, Apollo and ZoomInfo.
And if you already have a large list and want to enrich it using multiple providers, FullEnrich and BetterContact are worth looking at.
2. Start with LinkedIn URLs whenever possible
If you already found the right person on LinkedIn, keep their LinkedIn URL.
A LinkedIn URL is a much better identifier than just a name. There can be 50 people called John Smith, but usually there is only one John Smith at that particular LinkedIn URL.
3. Verify the information before you start outreach
Don’t assume every phone number or email you get from a data provider is going to be perfect.
People change jobs. Phone numbers get recycled. Emails stop working.
If you’re calling hundreds of people, even a 5-10% inaccurate rate can create a lot of wasted time.
4. Personalize your outreach
Finding contact details is only the first step.
If you’re sending the exact same message to everyone, don’t expect amazing response rates.
Use the person’s company, job title, recent activity, hiring plans, product, or something else that makes the message feel like it was actually written for them.
5. Bonus: Use Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini to personalize your outreach
Here’s a workflow that can save a lot of time.
Export your enriched contacts as a CSV, then upload the list to Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini and give it the context about your product and target customer.
You can ask the AI to create a personalized first line, LinkedIn message, or cold email for every person based on things like their job title, company, website, recent posts, or other information in your CSV.
This is much better than asking AI to “write me a cold email” 100 times.
You can give it the whole dataset and a clear personalization framework and let it generate the first draft for each prospect.
Just make sure you’re comfortable with the privacy and data-handling policies of whichever AI tool you’re using before uploading contact information.
6. Don’t spam people
Just because you found someone’s phone number or email doesn’t mean you should send them 10 messages in one day.
Keep your outreach relevant, targeted and respectful.
7. Keep your contact database updated
Contact data gets old.
Someone who worked at Company A six months ago may now be at Company B. A phone number that worked last year may not work today.
So don’t think of enrichment as something you do once. Re-enrich important contacts when you need to reach them again.
Which LinkedIn Contact Details Finder Should You Choose?
If I had to simplify the whole list:
- Want personal emails? Start with Reachfast, ContactOut or SalesQL.
- Want work emails? Look at Reachfast, Apollo, Hunter or Snov.io.
- Want direct phone numbers? Look at Reachfast, Lusha, Apollo or ZoomInfo.
- Want to enrich a large list using multiple data providers? Look at FullEnrich or BetterContact.
- Want an all-in-one sales intelligence platform? Apollo or ZoomInfo may make more sense.
- Want a LinkedIn-first workflow for phone + email? Reachfast is worth testing.
There isn’t really one “best” contact finder for everyone.
The better question is: what kind of contact information are you trying to find?
If you mostly care about phone numbers, pick a tool that has strong phone coverage.
If you’re only looking for professional emails, you probably don’t need to pay for a huge sales intelligence platform.
And if you have thousands of contacts to enrich, a waterfall enrichment platform can make more sense than buying five different databases.
Conclusion
LinkedIn is still one of the best places to find the people you want to reach in 2026.
The problem is that finding the person and finding their contact details are two different things.
If you’re doing this manually, it can take a lot of time.
LinkedIn contact finder and enrichment tools can make the process much faster, but the tool you choose should depend on what you’re actually looking for.
For personal emails, look at Reachfast, ContactOut and SalesQL.
For work emails, Reachfast, Apollo, Hunter and Snov.io are good options to test.
For direct phone numbers, Reachfast, Lusha, Apollo and ZoomInfo are worth considering.
And for broader waterfall enrichment, FullEnrich and BetterContact are interesting options.
At the end of the day, don’t just look at how big a company’s database is.
Take 100 of your real prospects, test a few tools, and see which one actually finds the contact information you need.
That’s usually a much better way to decide.
