Prospeo Pricing 2026: Plans, Credits, Cost Per Contact & Alternatives
Looking at Prospeo pricing 2026? You’re probably going to find a few different numbers online.
That’s because Prospeo changed its pricing structure during 2026, and quite a few older articles are still showing the previous plans. The current lineup is much simpler: Free, Starter, Growth, and Pro.
The entry-level paid plan starts at $49 per user/month, while the top published plan is $249 per user/month. There’s also a free plan with 100 credits every month.
But the monthly price is only half the story. Prospeo uses credits for email, mobile numbers, company enrichment and some API actions, so what you actually pay per useful contact depends heavily on what your team is looking up.
Here’s the current Prospeo pricing breakdown for 2026, including the credit math, annual plans, phone number costs, team pricing and a few things you should know before subscribing.
Prospeo Pricing 2026: Quick Overview
Here are the current published Prospeo plans:
| Plan | Monthly Price | Annual Price | Credits | Users |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Free | $0 | – | 100/month | 1 |
| Starter | $49/user/month | About $37/user/month when billed yearly | 2,000/month or 24,000/year | Per seat |
| Growth | $99/user/month | About $74/user/month when billed yearly | 5,000/month or 60,000/year | Per seat |
| Pro | $249/user/month | About $187/user/month when billed yearly | 15,000/month or 180,000/year | Per seat |
Annual prices are shown as the approximate monthly equivalent. Prospeo bills the annual plan upfront, with the full annual credit allocation available at the start of the yearly billing period.
Check Prospeo’s current pricing page before buying, since pricing and plan limits can change.
Prospeo Free Plan
The Prospeo Free plan costs $0 and gives you 100 credits per month.
It’s not just a seven-day trial that disappears after you test the product. Prospeo says the free plan is available continuously, with the 100-credit allowance resetting each month.
The free tier lets you test the core prospecting experience, including people and company search, basic filters, the Chrome extension and limited API access. There is also a 25-row selection limit on the Free plan.
The important part is the 100-credit ceiling.
Because a verified email costs 1 credit, you could theoretically get up to 100 verified emails from the monthly allowance. Mobile numbers are more expensive at 10 credits each, so 100 credits would cover up to 10 mobile reveals, assuming you use all your credits on mobiles.
That makes the free plan useful for testing data quality on your own prospects. It’s not really designed for running a large outbound campaign every month.
Prospeo also doesn’t allow credit add-ons on the Free plan. You need a paid subscription before you can purchase additional credit packs.
See Prospeo’s Free plan details.
Prospeo Starter Pricing
Prospeo Starter costs $49 per user/month on monthly billing.
You get 2,000 credits per user each month.
On annual billing, Prospeo lists the plan at roughly $37 per user/month, billed annually, or around $441 per year. The yearly plan gives you 24,000 credits upfront for the year.
Starter is where Prospeo starts becoming useful for an actual prospecting workflow rather than just testing.
You get access to things like CSV enrichment, more advanced filters, technology and funding filters, job posting filters, API access and a much higher row selection limit than Free.
For someone doing a few thousand email lookups each month, Starter is the entry-level paid option worth looking at.
Starter cost per credit
At $49 for 2,000 credits, the simple math works out to about $0.0245 per credit.
Since one verified email uses one credit, that’s approximately 2.45 cents per verified email when you use the entire allowance.
For a mobile number, Prospeo charges 10 credits. That puts the theoretical cost at around $0.245 per mobile on the monthly Starter plan.
Prospeo Growth Pricing
Prospeo Growth costs $99 per user/month.
The plan includes 5,000 credits per user/month.
With annual billing, the monthly equivalent is about $74 per user, with an annual cost of approximately $888 and 60,000 credits available for the year.
The biggest reason teams move from Starter to Growth isn’t simply the extra credits. Growth also adds features aimed at teams that are running a more structured outbound operation.
These include CRM integrations, duplicate control, job change filtering, job change tracking and priority support.
So there’s a pretty obvious dividing line here:
Starter is more focused on getting you prospecting and enriching data. Growth starts to make more sense when the data needs to flow into the rest of your sales process.
Growth cost per credit
$99 divided by 5,000 credits works out to roughly $0.0198 per credit.
That means a verified email is about 2 cents at full plan usage, while a mobile lookup using 10 credits works out to about $0.198 per mobile.
The annual plan brings the effective price down further.
Prospeo Pro Pricing
Prospeo Pro costs $249 per user/month on the monthly plan.
It includes 15,000 credits per user/month.
Annual billing brings the displayed monthly equivalent down to around $187 per user/month, with an annual cost of roughly $2,241 and 180,000 credits for the year.
Pro is aimed at higher-volume teams and users who need the highest published API limits.
You still get the Growth features, but Pro increases the credit allowance significantly and adds higher API throughput.
At 15,000 monthly credits per seat, Pro makes much more sense for teams that are actually using the database heavily. Paying for Pro and barely touching the credits would be a pretty easy way to waste money.
Pro cost per credit
$249 divided by 15,000 credits gives you an effective cost of roughly $0.0166 per credit.
That means a verified email works out to around 1.7 cents at full usage, while a 10-credit mobile lookup is approximately $0.166 per mobile.
The annual plan lowers the effective credit cost to roughly 1.25 cents per credit.
How Prospeo Credits Work

This is probably the most important part of Prospeo pricing 2026.
Prospeo doesn’t simply charge you for opening a search result. Credits are mainly consumed when you reveal or enrich contact information.
The current credit rules are:
| Action | Credit Cost |
|---|---|
| Verified email | 1 credit |
| Verified mobile number | 10 credits |
| Company enrichment | 1 credit |
| Search API page of up to 25 results | 1 credit |
| Re-enrichment within 90 days | 0 credits |
| No valid result found | 0 credits |
There’s one useful detail here: when you reveal a mobile number for 10 credits, the email that comes with it is included. You don’t pay another 1 credit for the email.
Prospeo also says you aren’t charged when no verified contact data is found.
Searching, browsing and applying filters can be done without spending credits. The credits come into play when you actually reveal, export or push contact data.
Read Prospeo’s full credit rules here.
Do Prospeo Credits Roll Over?
No. This is another detail that is worth checking before you buy.
For monthly plans, unused plan credits expire at the end of the monthly billing cycle. They don’t simply pile up every month.
For yearly plans, Prospeo gives you the full annual credit allocation upfront. Those credits remain available during the annual billing period, but unused credits expire when the yearly cycle ends.
So if you’re on a 5,000-credit monthly Growth plan and only use 2,000 credits, you don’t get 8,000 credits next month. Your balance resets to the new allocation.
The exception is related to certain plan changes, where remaining credits can temporarily carry over during the change itself. That’s different from ordinary month-to-month rollover.
Prospeo explains monthly vs annual billing here.
Does Prospeo Charge Per User?
Yes.
The paid plans are priced per user or seat.
There is an important team detail, though. Prospeo says the plan credits from each seat go into a shared team pool.
For example, a three-person Growth subscription gives the team three times the 5,000-credit allocation, so the total plan allowance is 15,000 credits per month shared across those users.
That is different from buying one Growth plan and expecting three people to each receive 5,000 credits.
Credit add-ons work differently again. Prospeo says add-on credits are shared across the entire team and don’t multiply when you add more seats.
Prospeo Credit Add-ons
Running out of credits doesn’t necessarily mean you have to jump straight to a bigger plan.
Prospeo lets customers on paid plans purchase credit add-ons. These are additional credits layered on top of your normal subscription.
There is a catch: add-on credits don’t roll over. They expire at the end of the relevant billing cycle.
Prospeo says add-ons become cheaper per credit as the volume increases, and paid users can also enable an auto-upgrade option when their remaining add-on credits drop below a set threshold.
So the main thing to watch is your actual usage pattern. If you have one huge enrichment project every few months, loading up on a permanently larger subscription might not be the most sensible way to manage your budget.
See the current Prospeo credit add-on rules.
How Much Does Prospeo Really Cost Per Email?

Looking only at the subscription price can be misleading. The more useful number is what you pay for each credit you actually use.
| Plan | Monthly Cost | Monthly Credits | Approx. Cost / Credit | Approx. Cost / Mobile |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | $49 | 2,000 | $0.0245 | $0.245 |
| Growth | $99 | 5,000 | $0.0198 | $0.198 |
| Pro | $249 | 15,000 | $0.0166 | $0.166 |
These figures assume you use all of the included credits.
For example, someone buying Starter and using 2,000 verified emails would spend approximately 2.45 cents per email based on the subscription price.
But someone who mainly needs direct mobile numbers burns credits much faster because one mobile costs 10 credits.
That’s why your actual workflow matters more than the headline plan price.
Prospeo Pricing for Teams
Let’s say you have five SDRs.
A five-seat Growth subscription at $99 per user/month would be $495 per month before taxes or any other charges.
The team would have 25,000 plan credits per month shared across the five seats.
On the same five-seat setup, Pro would be $1,245 per month and provide 75,000 plan credits per month.
This is where Prospeo can become noticeably more expensive as the team grows, even though the individual plan price looks reasonable at first.
So don’t compare $99 vs $249 in isolation. Compare the total number of users who actually need access.
What Do You Get With Prospeo?
Prospeo has expanded beyond being a simple email finder.
Prospeo says its database contains more than 300 million professional profiles and more than 30 million companies, with verified email and mobile data as part of the platform.
The platform also includes people and company search, filters for things like technology, funding, revenue and job changes, intent data, a Chrome extension, CSV enrichment and API access depending on the plan.
The Free and Starter plans are more limited. Growth adds things like CRM integrations and job change features, while Pro is designed for higher-volume users with greater API capacity.

Prospeo vs Other Contact Data Tools
Prospeo sits in an interesting part of the sales intelligence market.
It’s broader than a simple email finder because it has company search, intent data, enrichment and CRM integrations. At the same time, it isn’t trying to be the entire outbound stack with email sequencing, a full dialer and every other sales workflow built into the same platform.
That makes comparisons with tools such as Apollo, Lusha, ZoomInfo and other contact data providers useful, but you need to compare the actual workflow rather than just the monthly subscription.
For example, if your team mainly wants a database and prospecting workflow, a platform like Prospeo may be used as the data layer. If your workflow starts with LinkedIn profiles and the priority is finding direct phone numbers quickly, the requirements are slightly different.
Our guide on how to get a phone number from LinkedIn covers the different ways teams handle that workflow.
Prospeo vs Apollo Pricing
Prospeo and Apollo are often compared because both offer contact databases and prospecting tools.
But Apollo has a much larger outbound execution layer around its database, including sequencing and other sales workflow features. Prospeo is more focused on the data and enrichment side.
That means the cheaper-looking plan isn’t automatically the cheaper overall stack.
You may need a separate outreach platform with Prospeo, while Apollo can cover more of that workflow in the same subscription.
On the other hand, if you already have your CRM, sequencer and other tools set up, paying for a full all-in-one platform can mean paying for features your team doesn’t use.

Is Prospeo Worth the Price in 2026?
There isn’t one answer because the economics change based on what you’re actually doing.
If you only need a few hundred contacts occasionally, the Free plan may be enough for testing.
If you’re regularly enriching a couple thousand contacts each month, Starter starts to look more practical.
Growth becomes more interesting when you need CRM integrations, job change data and a larger shared credit pool.
Pro is really about volume and API capacity. Paying $249 every month doesn’t make much sense if you’re going to use 3,000 of the 15,000 available credits.
The other thing to keep in mind is that data quality matters just as much as credit price. A cheap contact isn’t actually cheap if your SDR calls the wrong person, emails a dead address or spends half the day cleaning a list.
We wrote about this in more detail in Why Your Cold Calls Fail: The Hidden Problem With Data Accuracy.
Prospeo Pricing 2026: The Bottom Line
The current Prospeo pricing 2026 structure is fairly straightforward once you ignore the outdated pricing pages floating around the web.
The current published plans are:
- Free: $0 with 100 credits per month
- Starter: $49/user/month with 2,000 credits
- Growth: $99/user/month with 5,000 credits
- Pro: $249/user/month with 15,000 credits
Annual billing brings the effective monthly price down to roughly $37, $74 and $187 for Starter, Growth and Pro respectively, with the annual credit allocation supplied upfront.
The thing I’d pay most attention to isn’t actually the subscription price. It’s the credit burn.
Email is 1 credit. Mobile is 10 credits. If your team is doing a lot of phone enrichment, you’ll burn through an allocation much faster than a team that mostly needs emails.
Also remember that paid plans are priced per user, while plan credits from multiple seats are pooled across the team.
Before buying an annual plan, it makes sense to run a real sample of your own prospects through the platform. Check how many emails and mobile numbers you actually get, how much of the data is usable, and how quickly your team burns through credits.
That test is usually much more useful than comparing pricing tables on five different software review sites.
